You can either choose not to respond to the notice, and forfeit your medications, or you can show them proof of a prescription issued to you by a foreign pharmacy. Most pharmacies will re-ship your medications if you fax them a copy of your customs notice, at no extra cost

19. I sent in a money order, where is my username and password?
Because of the large volume of mail orders that we receive, it can take up to 10 days to process your order. We will email your Email and password as soon as we process it. Occasionally, we will receive a money order without an accompanying Email address, in which case, we have to send you your username and password via regular postal mail. That can take an additional 3 to 5 days to get to you.
